What are the distinctive features of Ykebana products?
 

Ykebana products are produced in limited editions in 8 copies. Each piece is marked and numbered.

The transformation of the steel and the superficial variations caused by the work of our craftsmen make each piece unique.
Our products are designed by Jean-Luc Antoine, a French designer.

The whole part of our products is exclusively made in Lorraine (France).
 

May I personalize a product?
 

Every Ykebana products can be personalized and made to measure.
You can choose the color you want for the steel parts of your furniture as well as for the leather, and foam parts. The surface treatment of steel, made in our manufacture, offers our customers a large range of colors (sand aspect, textured, metallic, glossy or anodized aspect, etc.).
Cuts and engravings of the furniture steel parts can be chosen up to each customer. 
You can even choose to engrave your brand logo instead of the Ykebana logo on the steel part of the furniture. 
We offer our customer base various wood varieties and various types of glass.

Every product gives free rein to your imagination. We can assist you in the design and the fulfillment of your project.
 

Indoor or outdoor?
 

Our products are mostly designed as indoor products but we can also propose you the outdoor version.

In order to make our furniture outdoor furniture, we apply a specific treatment to our steel and select a protective coating fitting in every weather conditions (heat, rain, seawater, snow, sand, etc.) The aim of this treatment is to guarantee a perfect holding in time.

Who can order?
 

Our products are aimed at both private individuals and professionals. No minimum amount is required to start manufacturing an item.


What steps to order?
 

Any application can be made via the "Contact" tab on our website, through email at contact@ykebana.com or by phone at 03.29.69.69.00.
Our sales team is available to assist you in your projects and for any meeting.
Further to your request, our sales department will contact you in order to better analyze your application and establish your free personalized estimate.

For every purchase, an order confirmation is sent to our customer. If within 2 business days after receipt thereof no change is written by the client, it will be considered final and will result in the launch to manufacturing of products.

Our products can be delivered in France and all around the world. Please contact us for our shipping rates.

(*): These delivery times are factory exit and are indicative. They will be confirmed when the order will be placed.
 

What includes the price of products Ykebana?
 

Our rates include the design, personalization and manufacture of Ykebana products. The prices are ex-works, and include packaging.
"Participation in transport costs" per shipment is based on the total amount of the order, the country of destination of the furniture and of delivery terms.
Prices and commitments given by phone by an accredited representative Ykebana become final only after written confirmation.

 

What are the payment terms for the purchase of a product Ykebana?
 

Our payment terms are applicable according to the following mode of operation: 50% deposit with order, balance before delivery.
Our sales department keeps the right to modify these payment terms at any moment for the treatment of a particular case.
